We had them knock out a wall, install LVLs to support open concept kitchen/dining space, install cabinetry for new island, as well as as cabinetry surrounding new refrigerator location. As the owner of a drywall contracting company, I have worked with several builders and general contractors over the years. Few compare to Rob Gingras. He's extremely well organized, giving ample notice of schedule and great to communicate with. I usually get replies from Rob within minutes. Believe me when I say, this is not always common. He does what he says he's going to do, when he says he'll do it. When it comes time for drywall installation, framing is always true. Nailers are always in place and job site is clean and free of debris. These factors make our job much easier and is reflected in the final product. Last but certainly not least, Rob always pays promptly. On some occasions, right there on site as the job's being completed.
